When you use NearNode, we collect specific data points to ensure the functionality of our infrastructure:
Email address, name, and organization details provided during registration.
When a Node is scanned, we log the IP address (anonymized after 30 days), City, Country, User Agent, and Timestamp. This is the core utility of our product.
API calls made, dashboard pages visited, and errors encountered.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data strictly to provide the service:
- To route QR/NFC scans to the correct destination (Core Service).
- To provide analytics dashboards to Node owners.
- To fire webhooks configured by the account holder.
- To send transactional emails (security alerts, team invites).

We do not sell data. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade providers compliant with GDPR and Swiss FADP.
